The Johnny Appleseed Craft Beer Festival will take place Saturday, August 4, 2018, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, in downtown Leominster, Massachusetts. The Festival is held outdoors, with all brewers under multiple tents and food vendors on the Common.
Your admission fee provides you with a 4 oz. souvenir tasting glass, which you get to keep, to commemorate your attendance at this great craft beer event, and to use at home for your own personal tasting sessions with friends!

1. Where is the Festival?
The Festival is held in downtown Leominster, Massachusetts, outdoors, on West Street & the downtown common. Click on the “TRAVEL” button for directions to the Festival.
2. Where do I park?
There are several public parking lots, and business parking lots (those businesses are closed at the time the Festival is operating) where free parking is available. All municipal parking lots, garages, and on-street parking at meters is FREE on Saturdays. You do not have to pay to park. Click the “Travel” button and look for the "View Map" link where you can find a map of all parking lot locations. All parking is within a short walk to the Festival.
3. How much are tickets?
Tickets cost $30 each, all Eventbrite fees included. Purchase your tickets before July and get a discount! Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Click on the “BUY TICKETS” button at the bottom of the page for a link to the Eventbrite site to purchase tickets for this event. Tickets will also be available at the door at a cost of $35 each (cash only) unless event is sold-out online prior to event date, in which case tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.
4. Where can I buy my tickets?
Tickets are available via the Eventbrite website. You must be 21+ years old with a valid photo ID to attend the Festival.
5. What do I get for the price of my ticket?
Your ticket price gets you admission to the Festival, unlimited 2oz. beer tastings from all of our participating brewers, a commemorative 4 oz. tasting glass and live music.
6. I have a question or issue with my tickets

7. I need to refund my ticket.
All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No credits.
8. Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

10. I bought my ticket from a reseller and need ticket help.
We can’t help you or guarantee entry, if you buy from a reseller. You’ve been warned.
11. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
21+ with valid ID. NO minors. NO exceptions.
12. Are children allowed?
“No minors” means: no babies, kids, children, toddlers, infants, newborns, etc…all of which are minors.
13. Do you sell a Designated Driver ticket?
14. Do you accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks?
On-line ticket sales can be purchased via a credit or debt card. Tickets sold at the door on the day of the Festival, and purchases at the food vendors, are cash sales only, no credit or debit cards, or checks will be accepted.

The Festival goes on rain or shine. In the case of heavy rain, the live music may be canceled.
19. How large are the tasting servings?
Servings are all 2oz., but are unlimited. Enjoy as many samples of all the great craft beers available, but please remember to be responsible with your drinking.
20. Intoxicated Guests
All Guests of the Johnny Appleseed Craft Beer Festival are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the facility. Any Guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the Festival. Any Guest found intoxicated within the Festival and causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the Festival without refund and may be subject to further consequences, including arrest.
The Johnny Appleseed Craft Beer Festival has a no re-entry policy. Please plan accordingly.
All Guests will have a wristband attached to their wrist upon entry to the Festival. Guests must wear this wristband at all times while in the Festival, in order to remain at the Festival and to partake in the beer tasting. Any Guest found not wearing the designated wristband will be asked to leave the Festival without refund.
23. Will there be any food and non-alcoholic beverages available?
There will be a variety of food, water and sodas available for purchase onsite. Complimentary water stations are also provided.
24. Can I bring a bag or backpack?
All bags/carrying items will be subject to search. Backpacks are NOT allowed into the Festival. Security will have the final say on all items brought into the Festival.
25. Will there be a coat/backpack check?
There will not be a coat check. Also, lockers are not available for rent. Backpacks are not permitted in the Festival, so please plan accordingly.

No. Doing so will raise security and legal issues that could result in confiscation of the beer and your being asked to leave the Festival.
29. I would like to distribute info or product at your festival.
Any form of soliciting will result in your immediate removal from the festival and/or disposal of related materials.
30. Smoking Policy.
The Festival is designated as a smoke free event. There is no smoking allowed inside the Festival.
31. Lost or stolen items.
The City of Leominster, the Leominster Mayor's Office, the Festival, its partners, and the venue will not be held liable for any and all lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal items secure.

33. Festival Name.
How did the festival get its name you ask? Well, Leominster (“lemon-stah”) just happens to be the birthplace of Johnny Appleseed himself (a/k/a/ John Chapman), whose apples early settlers used to make hard cider, a close cousin to craft beer, and that’s good enough for us to name a festival after him.
